When your event is full (the number of registrants reaches its capacity), users can still register. They will be recorded as registrants with a Waiting List status, and if someone cancels their registration to free up a spot, anyone can register at that time. You will need to monitor your event to see if anyone unregisters, so others can register. Once you have an open slot, you should notify the person to register for the event.
You can view the waiting list (go to Workshop Events -> Manage Registrants, then filter to see a list of users on the waiting list), select the person, and call them. If they still want to join the event, you can change the status from Waiting List to Paid

To qualify as a proctor for a specific workshop, the Cisco employee or partner must complete the following:
- Attend and participate in the workshop, complete the exercises and knowledge checks as a typical attendee would, and attain a completion certificate.
- Attend and complete the workshop-specific "Train the Trainer" (TTT) session, and attain a completion certificate.
- Many workshops automatically promote participants to the Proctor role upon completion of the Train-the-Trainer course. If this does not occur, submit a request to the workshop owner group for review and proctor assignment. Requests should be sent to the appropriate workshop administrator group mailer for the specific workshop.

Internal and Partner Enrollments
Here are some enrollment keys for you to self-register for various workshops to go through the lab. Once you successfully complete the workshop, you will be automatically enrolled in that workshop's Train the Trainer (TTT). After you complete the TTT for that workshop, you will be set up as Proctor in that Workshop. Each workshop is unique, and completing one series does not automatically register you into any of the other workshops. At any time, if you want more information about a given workshop, reach out to the people involved in it, which you can find more about by visiting their respective workshops page - https://ciscosecurityworkshop.com/home/available-workshops

You can add a template to your workshop description, which you can then edit to fit your workshop. Be aware that editing the event invitation after applying a template might overwrite your changes. To prevent losing work, copy and save your edited text elsewhere before making updates, then paste your final version into the invitation.
